So, about the new 2010 Goal Plan, here's what I'll do about it:
Since my first goal was to be 115lbs by the 22nd of january, and thats what I am ATM, I'll change my goals, here they are:
Start - 8st 3-5/ 115-117lbs)
8st / 112lbs ----> 16th January
7st 10/ 108lbs -> 16th february
7st 7/ 105lbs --> 20th March
I never been able to get below 8st/112lb, I get to like 8st 2/114lbs and then I just stop. It's really annoying, but this year it WILL HAPPEN.
congrats on the weight loss! you can definitely get below 114 if you push yourself enough. your doing so great!
