Major Binge Alert.

Today & yesterday = FAILURE.

Yesterday I must have eaten around 2000, and its only 10:15 AM and I've already eaten like 1000. I'll try and salvage whats left of today, but I just need to make sure I exercise & eat less next week.

I think the main cause was that I've been at 8st (112lb) for about 5 days. Goodbye, I will not weigh myself until friday when hopefully I Will be 7st 13 (111lb). Until then I'll probably just read, maybe the occasional food post.

  1. Sometimes we need the binge to shake it. It makes us gain, but then we drop under it, and i know you will ♥ Good luck, and I know you can do it!

  2. i agree with prettywreck, it seems like after i binge i end up losing alot faster than before. hang in there, youll be back to 111 in no time.

  3. You're doing so well :)
    Why not try dropping a couple of calories, or exercising a likkle more?
    maybe that'll shift it?
    Or go for the binge, but i think i feel worse after that :/
