After months of binging then restricting I'm back.
I now weigh 8st 4 and I want to get back down to 110 and then 105. But I realise now that I don't have the willpower to eat 400-800 cals every day for more than 3 weeks without going into major binge mode. So I'm basically just eating 1000-1200ish and slowly losing the weight. I will continue to eat like this until september. I'll be reading all your blogs and commenting on them, I really need to catch up!

sounds like a good plan. i have to do the same thing basically. if i overestimate what i can do then i screw up horribly. but if i give myself room to mess up i do much better. good luck&it's good to have you back.
