How to break A Plateau

I've been at 114 (give or take about 1lb) for 2 weeks now! I've been exercising and eating ok but I can't get below 114 for any more than 1 day!

I researched ways to break a plateau:

  1. ZigZag calories
  2. Do more Strength Training
  3. Change my workout
  4. Let your muscles rest/recover between intense workouts
  5. Make sure you're getting enough sleep
