Day 13 ~ Weigh-In.

So today is saturday, AKA, weigh in day. My goal for today was to be 8st 2, I've been hovering between 8st 1 and 8st 3.5 for the past week. So this morning the lowest was 8st 1 (113lbs) and the highest was 8st 3 (115lbs). So the middle of that would be 114lbs, my goal. I'm going to say that I achieved it, as although the scale has been saying 8st 3 every day, it has also been saying 8st 1. Oh and also because I feel much fitter when I run AND my hip bones are starting to stick out.

So, here are my stats:

Weight: 114 lbs (8st 2)
BMI: 20.2
Waist: 26.5 inches.
Hips: 37 inches

Total lost so far: 5lbs =D
Next goal: 112lbs (-2lb) in a week, weigh in next weekend.

So far today I haven't eaten anything, but I have done 40 jacknifes, a short sprint, some lunges, some yoga, a 20 min run and a 10 min jog. In total I have burnt about 250 cals =D

Also I was thinking it would be cool to set up a blog to post resources like thinspiration, calories in things, links weight loss calculators and stuff like that, and maybe put all our stats on. I could set up a blog and add team members, so people could just post in it when they want, so is anyone up for that?

Day 12 ~ Weigh in tomorrow

Uh-Oh. I need to be 114lbs. by tomorrow. That doesn't seem likely as I currently weigh 8st 3. Although, In the morning im usually like 114.5 to 115 then after school about 113-114.5. So I suppose I might be a little less than 115 right now, so hopefully the scale will say '8st 2!!' tomorrow.

What has entered my stomach today?

Weetabix - 60
Orange - 60
Fruit slices - 165
Tomato soup + 1 tiny roll - 350
Wispa chocolate bar - 210 (eek. haven't actually eaten it yet, but I am 99% sure I will)

Total - 845 (just under my 850 limit)

Day 11 ~

Im so frustrated right now, I just had to eat that iced bun thing.

Food:
Weetabix (60)
Orange (60)
Crispy slices (165)
Caesar Salad (350)
ICED BUN WITH CREAM - 280 CALs!

Total - 915. :(

It's less than yesterday, but on the bright side my hip bones are starting to stick out, a very, very small amount. On the other hand, any chance of that has probably been cancelled out by the ICED BUN OF DOOM!!!!

Post-xmas diet plan =D

I'm expecting to gain all the weight back that I've lost after christmas, so here's my plan to get it all off again:

So lets say I start at 8st 8lbs (Err.. I certainly hope not).

Week 1 - 120lbs
Week 2 - 117lbs
Week 3 - 115lbs
Week 4 - 113lbs
Week 5 - 111lbs
Week 6 - 109
Week 7 - 107
Week 8 - 105 ~ Ultimate Goal

So how am I going to do this you ask?

Week 1:
under 1000 cal per day, at least 20 min jog every day

Week 2:
5 days under 1000, 1 day 1200, 1 day under 700 cal.
20 min jog every day

Week 3
1 day 1200, 6 days up top 900 cal
5 20 min jogs, 2 30 min jogs

Week 4
1 day 1200, 5 days up to 900, 1 day under 700
4 30 min jogs, 3 20 min jogs

Week 5
1 day 1100, 5 days up to 850, 1 day under 700
5 30 min jogs, 2 20 min jogs

Week 6
1 day 1200, 5 days under 850, 1 day under 700
7 30 min jogs

Week 7
1 day 1300, 5 days under 850, 1 day under 700
7 30 min jogs

Week 8
1 day 1500, 5 days under 900, 1 day under 700
7 30 min jog

I'll post a more detailed plan (calories each day, meals, etc..)

Day 10 ~

I ate a bit more than usual today, but still under my limit of 1200, here's what I ate:

1 weetabix - 60
1 orange - 60
1 pack of fruit biscuits - 165
pork chop and mashed potato - 470
muller light yoghurt - 86
oat & chocolate bar - 90

Food Total - about 1000 calories
exercise total - about 170 cal
Overall total - 830 cals.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that I can now check of 8st 3, that means I need to lose 1 more lb in 3/4 days, which I think I can do =D

Day 9 ~

I have just under 2 weeks to lose 3/4lbs, I think that will be possible!

Food Eaten:

Weetabix - 70 cal
orange - 60 cal
Crispy slice - 165 cal
Beef curry - 550 cal

Total: 845 calories
Exercise total - 120 cals.
Overall calories - 765 cal

Not much else to say really, I think I am at 8st 3, but I'll wait until tomorrow to cross it off Incase I'm wrong =D

Day 8 ~ Yesterday

Sorry, I was too busy to post yesterday, so here's what I ate:

Food:
Weetabix - 60 cal
fruit buscuits - 165 cal
spaghetti bolognese - 500 cal

Total: 725 cals.

Post much?

God, I'm starting to get obsessed, I spend all day on the laptop reading blogs, looking at thinspo and posting in my own blog!

Oh well, never mind. So week 1 is over, I managed to avoid major binges, I only went over 1200 once, and not by much. I always lose weight the first week, and then either maintain or gain the second + third week, since I only have 2 more weeks to the end of my current goal that CANNOT happen. So I've made myself some rules:


  1. Only have 1 weetabix(65c) or 1 brown toast (90?) for breakfast
  2. Only eat fruit + snack for luch (overall round 200c)
  3. Do Not have any snacks between or after meals
  4. Avoid eating as much as you can
  5. Do a 20 minute jog everyday
  6. Drink at least 1 litre of water or squash a day
  7. Get at least 6-7 hours sleep
  8. No more than 1000 cals per day, hopefully around 800 or less

I have a total of 16 days where

Day 7 ~

Nothing much to say =D Apart from size 6(US) is starting to get looser.

Food so far:
Poached egg on brown toast - 150 kcal
Tomato soup - 230 kcal
fish, peas + wedges - 540 cal
Total - 920 cal

So I guess I got a C today :( oh well I'll get a B tomorrow =D
Exercise - 20 min jog, burnt roughly 120 cals.

Day 6 ~ Continued

Just some more thoughts for today ~

I've seen some people grading how they do each day and I thought it might be fun or maybe even helpful for me, so here's my marking scheme:

(numbers= calories eaten-minus-calories burnt)

A* - 0-300
A - 300-500
B - 500-800
C - 800-1100
F - 1100+

Food for today (so far):
Breakfast - nothing
lunch - cup a soup (100cal.)
Dinner - pasta filled with ham (550?

Total = 650 cal.
That gives me a B for today =D

I was going to have a slice of bread with my soup, it would look suspicious if I didn't, but I was left alone in the kitchen so I gave the bread to my dog =D

I looked through my Wii fit record thing, and I just found out I'm at the lowest weight I've been for a year!

Day 6 ~ Goal Day.

Hi, I guess my posts probably bore you to death, but here are some stats for my 11 lovely followers =D

So I decided to make saturdays the day where I measure my actual weight and stuff, and this is the day I wanted to reach my first goal which was to be 116lbs by 21/11/2009.

So here are my stats for this week:

Starting stats:
Weight: 119lbs/ 8st 7lb
BMI: 21.1

Current stats:
Weight: 116lbs/ 8st 4lb
BMI: 20.5

Loss
Weight: 3lbs
BMI : 0.6
Left to overall goal: 11lbs
Left to next goal: 2lbs

I DID IT!!! I actually achieved my first goal, in 6 days I lost 3lbs. I managed to achieve my goal even with a few slip ups. This motivates me to keep going until I reach my goals!

Day 5 ~

I suppose its not that bad, I should've got a small popcorn, but nevermind, I'll eat less tomorrow. No exercise either today, I think fridays will be my day off.

Day 4 - Well, its okay.

Stats.

SW - 119lbs
CW - 117lbs
WL - 2lbs

So I woke up this morning expecting to be like 8st 5.5 but it turned out fine as I had stayed at 8st 4.5 =D So heres what I ate today:

Food:
1 weetabix: 70
1 orange: 60
1 crispy slice pack - 165
Scampi, chips and peas - 480?


1 slice bread - 90 cal



Total = 865 calories


Its slightly more than I would've liked, and I suppose I shouldn't have eaten the bread, but I did burn almost 300 calories

Exercise:
20 minute jog - burnt ~140cal
skipping in sport (15-25mins) 140 cal
Total burned is about 280 calories

Day 3 and I already messed up.

This morning I was 8st 4.5lbs (116.5lbs but after what I ate today I'm expecting to be like 8st 5.5lbs tomorrow morning :(

I was doing fine until the Ice cream :(


Todays Food:

1 weetabix (60)

2 oranges (115)

1 bag yoghurt fruit flakes ( 110)

3/4 turkey sandwich (230)

Beef curry (530)

Vanilla Ice cream (190)


That all adds up to about 1200 calories! My limit was 800-1000.

Hopefully It won't mean I gain weight tomorrow, I did do a 20 min jog which

would've burnt around 120 calories, so I was about 100 calories over.


Well tomorrow I won't have ice cream or fruit flakes which make up about 300 calories, and I have sport in school as well as another 20 min jog, so that will make up for it =D

My First 3 Followers =D

I logged on today to find I have 3 lovely followers, thanks guys it helps/motivates me to carry on when I think that there are people knowing how I'm doing. On that subject, here's what I ate today:

1 weetabix (65 cal.)
1 orange (60 cal)
1 chicken roll (270)
A jacket potato with cheese and tuna (375 cal?)
Todays total - 770

Exercise Total - 20 min jog = 100-200 calories burned

I ate a bit more than yesterday, but I did a 20 min jog which makes up for it =D

Parents.

How do you guys hide that you're not eating?

I've decided that Im going to reward myself for reaching certain goals. My first reward will be that if I reach 8st or less (112lbs) on or before friday 4th december, I will buy myself some High waisted shorts like these, £28 from topshop:


Probably in a UK size 10, unless I have lost 2/3 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my waist, which I doubt will happen, maybe I will have lost 1 inch from my hips =D

I feel happy with what I ate today:

Total - 592 - Not bad since my limit was 800

Exercise - 10 min jog

Yesterdays weight: 117lbs (8st 7lbs)

Loss - 1lb :)
