Day 2 - So far so good!
I feel happy with what I ate today:
Food consumed:
1 weetabix (60-70 cal.)
1 orange (60?)
1 bag of fruit flakes (112 kcal)
1 chicken fajita (350?)
Total - 592 - Not bad since my limit was 800
Exercise - 10 min jog
Yesterdays weight: 117lbs (8st 7lbs)
Todays weight: 116lbs (8st 6lbs)
Loss - 1lb :)
