Day 10 ~

I ate a bit more than usual today, but still under my limit of 1200, here's what I ate:

1 weetabix - 60
1 orange - 60
1 pack of fruit biscuits - 165
pork chop and mashed potato - 470
muller light yoghurt - 86
oat & chocolate bar - 90

Food Total - about 1000 calories
exercise total - about 170 cal
Overall total - 830 cals.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that I can now check of 8st 3, that means I need to lose 1 more lb in 3/4 days, which I think I can do =D
