Day 4 - Well, its okay.
Stats.
SW - 119lbs
CW - 117lbs
WL - 2lbs
So I woke up this morning expecting to be like 8st 5.5 but it turned out fine as I had stayed at 8st 4.5 =D So heres what I ate today:
Food:
1 weetabix: 70
1 orange: 60
1 crispy slice pack - 165
Scampi, chips and peas - 480?
1 slice bread - 90 cal
Total = 865 calories
Its slightly more than I would've liked, and I suppose I shouldn't have eaten the bread, but I did burn almost 300 calories
Exercise:
20 minute jog - burnt ~140cal
skipping in sport (15-25mins) 140 cal
Total burned is about 280 calories
