Here is a list of 10 goals/things I will change this year:


  1. Get down to 105lbs


  2. Come in the top 5 in the class on every test (excluding citizenship, R.E and sport)


  3. Draw at least once a week


  4. Practice flute for 20 minutes every day


  5. Practice Piano for 20 minutes every day


  6. Do homework the first or second day it is set


  7. Save up enough for my own laptop (probably around £350-400)


  8. Fit into a size 8 outfit


  9. Be able to run for at least 45 minutes


  10. Make the most of this year!

12 hours and 9 minutes left of 2009 (UK)

I'm fasting today, and possibly tomorrow if I can get away with it, but probably just today. Obviously I did stuff my face yesterday because Its midday and my stomach hasn't even growled yet. I'm not going to drink anything fizzy until my birthday (not that I drink much anyway). I'll post my New years resolutions up later. I'll probably use my Wii fit to weigh me because it gives your BMI to 2 decimal places so thats nice and accurate, even though it does take off 1-2lbs for your clothes (I'm not sure which, probably 2 I think), you can set it not to, but that would mess mine up.

I expect I'll be on here all day so I'm trying to catch up on all the posts I missed yesterday =D

//Bad day...

I was doing so well. I must have eaten around 1500-1750 calories today. Hopefully I won't have gained weight, I'm not weighing myself until friday morning though. I suppose it could've been worse, I managed to turn down quite a lot of food, but still I ate twice as much today as I did yesterday :(

I'm going to fast tomorrow hopefully, I'll pretend to be 'feeling sick' if anyone notices. This will be my first fast, apart from when I actually was sick. I'll still drink water and possibly a can of diet coke or coke zero, but apart from that nothing.

It would be a miracle if on friday the scale said 7st something, even if it was 7st 13.5lb, I haven't seen the scale say 7st anything in about a year. Worst case scenario I think would be 8st 5lb (117lb), but I'm pretty sure it will be lower than that. edit:// actually I think I will try and fast until I reach 7st 13.5, but that might not be possible, or maybe I'll just try and keep my NET calories under +500

OMG I love this outfit:



I LOVE this outfit, if anyone knows where to get it our anything similar from the UK please tell me! In the meantime I'll just look for some similar stuff myself. This would be the perfect outfit to get to wear for my Goal reward on my birthday! I already have a hat like that in dark blue, which I prefer. The shoes are gorgeous and the waistcoat is amazing. The dress looks nice on her, but I don't know if it would suit me, but you can't see it that well in this picture. But anyway I'm gonna look now I'll post if I find anything =D

Okayy, So I was going to get my starting weight for next year on Friday, but (sorry if this is TMI) now I have my period, so I wont weigh myself until that stops, which might be by friday but I doubt it.

So anyway, so far I haven't eaten anything, but I'm sure I will later. I know that I eat WAY more than most people on here, but it's not because I binge, it's because my mother makes me eat a lot. She gets so suspicious. Also, I don't know why but I get really hungry right before I go to bed, so I end up not being able to get to sleep until like 2.00 AM which is bad, because then I dont get up till 10:30, and next week I'll need to get up at 6:30 every weekday, so I thought If I eat some kind of fruit just before I go to sleep that might help, but fruit doesn't fill you up soo.. I think I'll just have to make myself get up at 9.00 at the latest so that I am so tired I end up just sleeping anyway. Lol, I bet that really bored you. My sleeping habits are such an interesting topic.

Another, bore you to death topic is that I'm going to save up for my own laptop so that I can be on more (how much more could I Be on, seriously?), but mainly so that it is faster (the one I want has like 2x as much RAM as this does) and I don't have to worry about anyone finding my files/blog/what websites I've been on. The laptop I want is about £350, I currently have about £200-250ish I'm not sure I'll count it in a minute. So maybe for my birthday I'll either have saved it up or my parents will give me some money to put towards it as my present.

My Diet Plan/Goals, Final version

So My diet will start on Friday 1st of January, and continue until 20th March (As long as I reach my goal or more by then). Here are my stats:

Current:
Height: 5" 3
Weight: 115lbs (ish)
BMI: 20.4
Measurements: Waist - 27", Hips 37.5"(Eww)
Size: UK 10/US 6

Ultimate Goal:
Weight: 105lbs
BMI: 18.6
Measurements: Waist - 25.5", Hips 35" (at most)
Size: UK 8/US 4


How will I do this?

Well firstly, I will burn at least 150 calories per day. Probably either running or jump rope (Well we call it 'skipping').

My Diet Plan:

I will post the full version in the sidebar, but for now it will just be something like:

1000-1100-1200-1300-1400-1000-900-800-900- etc....

I will continue this plan until the 20th march (around 78 days), that means that I only need to lose 1lb per week, so hopefully I might get closer to 100. But I'd be happy to end up maintaining a weight of 98-107lbs.

I just found at that apparently theres only 40 calories in 10 milk chocolate M&Ms, surely that can't be right?

Chicken Tikka with rice - 450?

I wish I hadn't eaten those chocolates. At least I stopped at two. With the Chicken Tikka, I tried to scrape all the sauce off so I only had chicken and rice, and I think I got most of it off, so over all not a bad day. I was wondering how much water you drink a day, I usually drink about 1.5 litres, is that a OK amount?

WTF? In a good way

2 weeks ago I was around 8st 5 (117lbs), after 2 weeks of constant eating and consuming over 2000 calories most days, I am now 8st 3(115lbs) . I did spend 3 days puking (not on purpose, I was ill.), so I suppose that means I didn't really eat anything for 4 or 5 days. I made my plan for 2010 thinking that I'd be around 8st 8lbs (120lbs) on the first of January, but maybe I'll have to re-think that! Even if it is just water weight that I've lost, I still don't expect to be 5lbs heavier on friday, so I think 2010 will be a good year!



So far today it's 12.30 and I haven't eaten anything yet, but I'm sure lunch and dinner will be forced down my throat. Here's a little thinspiration for you:





So, about the new 2010 Goal Plan, here's what I'll do about it:

Since my first goal was to be 115lbs by the 22nd of january, and thats what I am ATM, I'll change my goals, here they are:

Start - 8st 3-5/ 115-117lbs)
8st / 112lbs ----> 16th January
7st 10/ 108lbs -> 16th february
7st 7/ 105lbs --> 20th March

I never been able to get below 8st/112lb, I get to like 8st 2/114lbs and then I just stop. It's really annoying, but this year it WILL HAPPEN.

Weetabix 70 cals.

Two slices of turkey 200 cals (ish)

Two slices of Ham 200 cals (ish)

Mashed Potato 200 cals



Total so far: 670.



If I lived alone I would find it so easy to not eat things. I only eat what my mum makes me, which is usually quite a lot. If I try not to eat all of something, I'm not allowed. If I lived on my own it would be so easy to limit myself to at most 800 cals a day. But no, while I'm at home all day the minimum possible is like 1200! It'll be easier when I go back to school, 60 for breakfast, 150-250 for lunch, and then forced to eat about 400-800 cals for dinner.

I'm gonna try to either be asleep, or just pretend to be when we have dinner, so hopefully the total will stay low.



Until January the 1st I'm just going to try to eat normally (normal as in healthy) and then on Jan. 1st start my diet.

This will be my before photo, I will post more photos every 2-4 weeks, and then my final after photo on the 1st april or whenever I reach my goal (105lbs, so hopefully before april). In the after photo I will be a stone lighter (14lbs). My hip bones will stick out. I will not have double knees, my hips will be 3 inches smaller and so will my waist. Overall, my worst part is my hips. My waist isn't that bad, it isn't fat but it's not thin either.
I'm starting my new diet on January 1st, ending on 1st april (12 weeks). I thought that when I got home I would have gained a stone(making me 9st 2), but actually I only gained 4-6lbs (118-120lbs).
PS. does anyone know how to get rid of those button things below the post?

I'm Back!

Its been like a month since my last post!
I'm not really sure about my current weight, it said 8st5 but I haven't eaten anything since thursday night so as soon as I do it will shoot up. I'm going to try to properly start my diet again
on 1st January but I'm going to try to be about 8st 8 (120lbs) when I start.

My Stats/Goals:

Current Goals
Weight: 118lbs Weight: 105lbs
BMI: 20.9 BMI: 18.5
Size: UK 10/US 6 Size: UK 8/ US 4
Hips: 38 inches Hips 35 inches
Waist: 27 inches Waist: 25 inches


How am I going to do that?

I want to lose 15lbs by of april (hopefully before then but my goal would be to maintain it until then). If I start on the 1st of January that would give me 12 weeks. So I would need to lose 1.25 pounds each week. I expect for the first couple of weeks it will be more like 2 lbs, but that way I wont get put off if I only lose 1lb a week.

PLAN
Weeks 1-3:(Start 120lbs, end of week 3 115lbs)
Limit of 1200 calories per day, go for at least 3 runs per week, burning at least 200 calories

Weeks 4-6: (start 115lbs, end of week 6 111lbs)
Limit of 1100 calories per day, go for at least 4 runs per week, burning at least 200 calories

Weeks 7-9: (Start 111lbs, end of week 9 108lbs)
Limit of 900 calories, run at least 3 times per week burning 250 cals.

Weeks 9-12: (Start 108, end 105)
Limit of 800 calories, run at least 4 times per week burning at least 250 cals

So 12 weeks from january would take me to the 1st of april =D I'll put these goals up in the sidebar, and also I'll put my 'rewards' next to them =D

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, this is my 2nd attempt and I wont mess it up!
