My Diet Plan/Goals, Final version

So My diet will start on Friday 1st of January, and continue until 20th March (As long as I reach my goal or more by then). Here are my stats:

Current:
Height: 5" 3
Weight: 115lbs (ish)
BMI: 20.4
Measurements: Waist - 27", Hips 37.5"(Eww)
Size: UK 10/US 6

Ultimate Goal:
Weight: 105lbs
BMI: 18.6
Measurements: Waist - 25.5", Hips 35" (at most)
Size: UK 8/US 4


How will I do this?

Well firstly, I will burn at least 150 calories per day. Probably either running or jump rope (Well we call it 'skipping').

My Diet Plan:

I will post the full version in the sidebar, but for now it will just be something like:

1000-1100-1200-1300-1400-1000-900-800-900- etc....

I will continue this plan until the 20th march (around 78 days), that means that I only need to lose 1lb per week, so hopefully I might get closer to 100. But I'd be happy to end up maintaining a weight of 98-107lbs.

I just found at that apparently theres only 40 calories in 10 milk chocolate M&Ms, surely that can't be right?

    I like your Calorie plan, it's a bit similar to mine. I can't go extremely low, and mostly anything under 1400 is good especially if you are exercising!

    sounds like a very good plan.i always think its better to ease yourself into a diet rather than jumping in head first. i eat chocolate chips and theyre about that many calories , thank god right?lol , i dont know what id do without chocolate.
