Day 3 and I already messed up.

This morning I was 8st 4.5lbs (116.5lbs but after what I ate today I'm expecting to be like 8st 5.5lbs tomorrow morning :(

I was doing fine until the Ice cream :(

Todays Food:

1 weetabix (60)

2 oranges (115)

1 bag yoghurt fruit flakes ( 110)

3/4 turkey sandwich (230)

Beef curry (530)

Vanilla Ice cream (190)

That all adds up to about 1200 calories! My limit was 800-1000.

Hopefully It won't mean I gain weight tomorrow, I did do a 20 min jog which

would've burnt around 120 calories, so I was about 100 calories over.

Well tomorrow I won't have ice cream or fruit flakes which make up about 300 calories, and I have sport in school as well as another 20 min jog, so that will make up for it =D

    Ugh. I hate going over. It always makes me so depressed.
    You'll lose it quick.
    The only thing to do when you fall is to pick back up and start again. Success is perseverance, after all.
