Goals and Plan


In 3 weeks (for vacation/christmas):
112lbs/ 8st 0. (-7lb)

105lbs/ 7st 7 (-14lb)
size 8


Post what I eat each day
No more than 1000 calories per day, usually around 800

Exercise - Total 30 mins + if we have sport that day
20 min jog every day until I can do that comfortably, then a 30 min jog.
toning every day: wii fit yoga+muscle - half moon, single leg twists, warrior, lunge, and a couple more random.

Hopefully this will mean I can lose 1-3lbs per week
