I've been at 114 (give or take about 1lb) for 2 weeks now! I've been exercising and eating ok but I can't get below 114 for any more than 1 day!
I researched ways to break a plateau:
- ZigZag calories
- Do more Strength Training
- Change my workout
- Let your muscles rest/recover between intense workouts
- Make sure you're getting enough sleep
