Calorie Intake -
Breakfast-Weetabix w/ semi skimmed milk - 200
Lunch-sponge cake - 300
Dinner - Ham (100), potatoe wedges (300?) and salad (50?)
Fruit Jelly - 80 cal
Total - 1030 cal. out of 1400 limit.
Not too bad :) still could've gone without the jelly or sponge cake though :(

hey i think you did great! you were strong enough to stay almost 400 cals under your limit.and i think its good your easing into it and not just throwing yourself in and setting yourself up for a binge. this way you can get used to a lower cal intake over time. your going to do great!
