Day #3

Like yesterday, I've done 300cals on the dance mat, and 50 sit ups. When I first got up I weighed 8st 1 (113lbs), and then after exercise 7st 13.5lb (111.5lbs), so it looks like this time next week I should be at my 8st goal =D

Food Eaten:
Breakfast - Nothing
Lunch - Soup and 1 slice bread (300)
Dinner - Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry (600)

Total: 900

Not too bad, now let's just see if I can keep it up
