Day #2
This morning I did about 40 minutes on the dance mat, which it said burnt 300cals, I probably did more like 200, maybe 250, but it's still something. I just did 30 sit ups, my stomach is quite flat anyway, so I think that's enough, I'll try and do 35-40 tomorrow.
Food: (eek, messed up a lot)
Breakfast - Weetabix (200cal)
Lunch - Biscuit Bar (100 cal)
Tea - Salad + quiche (300)
Sweets - 660!!!!!!!!!
Total: 1260!!!
It's still under my initial limit, but I ate a LOT of sugar, they were low fat, but still. Fail, I'll just do better tomorrow :)
