Day #2 :)

Day 2/77 of my diet, I will keep going for the 77 days even if I reach 105 after like 50. This morning I was 114lbs (+1lb) from yesterday, but that is to be expected as it was water weight after a fast. Food Today:

Vegetable soup - 200 cal
1 slice brown bread - 100 cal
Tuna Pasta bake - 550 cal (at most, probably more like 400-500)

Total intake = 850 cal
This means I can have 100 cals worth of fruit pastilles (yay, I am addicted)
So once I add on 8 fruit pastilles = 100 cal

I went for a run earlier, ran for about 1km then walked - 100 cal
NET total - 850 cal
