New Plan - I'll stick to it this time
I want to be 105lbs before april (so I can get a size UK 8 (US 4) outfit to wear on my birthday!). In total I need to lose about 9lbs, I have made a 6 week plan to get thin I'm going to Zig-Zag the calories so I (hopefully) won't get stuck at 8st again. Here's my plan:
Week 1
Monday - 1100 Tuesday - 900 Wednesday - 1100 Thursday - 1000
Friday - 1100 Saturday - 1400 Sunday - 1100
Week 2
Monday - 1200 Tuesday - 1000 Wednesday - 1300
Thursday - 900 Friday - 1000 Saturday - 1200 Sunday - 1100
Week 3
Monday - 800 Tuesday - 900 Wednesday - 1000 Thursday - 1100
Friday - 1200 Saturday -1300 Sunday - 1400
Week 4
Monday - 800 Tuesday - 900 Wednesday - 1000
Thursday -1100 Friday - 1200 Saturday - 1300 Sunday - 1400
Week 5
Monday - 1000 Tuesday - 900 Wednesday - 800 Thursday - 900
Friday - 1200 Saturday - 1400 Sunday - 1300
Week 6
Monday - 800 Tues - 900 Wednesday - 1000
Thursday - 1100 Friday - 1200 Saturday - 1400 Sunday - 1300

I have a new plan too, I want to lose 10 lbs by March!

I want to lose 11 pounds by end of april, i think i might follow your plan actually. It seems pretty sensible :) x
